What happens during a session?
The first Bio Energy session will take an hour and a half. This will allow you to talk through why you are attending and for me to speak through your client form, which I will have already worked on before your session. The form gives me information on how your body is doing so that I can work at releasing any stagnant or blocked energy in your systems. Bio Energy healing does not require talk therapy in your session, you can share if you wish but it's not necessary. I do not need to know the details, your body will provide the information when it is ready to do so. I just need you to be open to be healed and positive that changes will occur for the body to heal itself, you do not need to believe in the healing system. This type of healing uses minimal touch and is suitable for both babies and adults. It works incredibly well with pets too.

How many sessions do I need?
Everyone responds differently to Bio Energy Healing. Each session will take the body a little deeper to clear old energy patterns that are keeping you stuck. The healing process may not happen instantaneously for everyone. Clients can expect gradual changes to occur after approximately 4 to 5 sessions. This allows the body to gradually integrate with the healing received. Children and pets usually see changes faster and sessions are generally shorter than 1 hour.
If you are a new client age 16 plus or haven’t received a treatment for 12 months please book a 1.5 hour treatment.
Sessions can be done in person but works as effectively done remotely by phone or video chat.

What happens after a session?
I will work on you either in person or remotely. When the session is completed, I will continue to check in with you to see that all is ok. Following the session, I will contact you the following day by text /email to see how you are doing and I will send you some follow up tips and tricks to encourage the healing until our next session.
I can also provide follow up home or workplace environmental checks should this come up for you during the Bio Energy healing session. Environmental checks look for issues in your home or workplace relating to radon gas, electricity, water or Ley lines on the premises that may be causing you or your family health issues. This service can be done remotely, all I need is a layout of the building to carry this out.
Another additional service I can provide is to check for food Intolerances in your system. This should also be uncovered during your Bio Energy session. I can also do this remotely and there is no need for injections or tests to be carried out for this to take place.
